A few quick updates

It’s been a while, I have been super busy with brewery related activities as well as a few personal projects.  I’m going to need to learn how to juggle work and personal time eventually.  So what has been going on?  Well, I’ve met a few times with the architects to discuss the plans for the brewery.  A lot of nanobreweries are pretty ad-hoc but since I need approval from the Philly Board of Health I need pretty detailed plans.

I’ve also become involved with 3 Philly Beer Week events.  One is Beer Camp, an event showcasing homebrewers.  It looks like it will be a lot of fun and offer a good bit of variety.  I’ll post more details once I have a date and venue.  I’ll also follow up with the other two events when I know more.

I’ll be serving some beer at a Yelp Elite event in May as well.  So what all of this means is I am brewing like crazy and have 3 batches going at once.  I’ve got a separate google calendar just to manage my brewing schedule.  I guess this is what the industry is really like.  So far I am enjoying it and it isn’t a grind.
